You Need:
8-10 rice paper sheets,1-packet rice noddles,2-carrots, 3-boiled eggs,4-5 lettuce leaves, shredded cheese, 1/2" ginger, 2- garlic cloves, salt for test,warm water (for dipping the rice sheet): Tip: For variation you can use cooked shrimps in this summer roll & for vegetarian people you can use Paneer cubes or slice cut in the heart shape.
Preparation:
Step -1
First Boiled 1-cup of water and add the 1/4 tbsp salt, chopped ginger and garlic to it, then add the rice noodles and cook for 5-6 minutes.drain the noodles and keep aside, cut the boiled eggs with help of egg cutter, slice the carrots nicely thin and lettuces in stripes and keep aside.
Step-2
Now pour warm water in the plate and dip the rice paper sheet for 10-20 seconds,then take out and place on plat surface careful as shown in the picture. then arrange the egg slice,carrots,sprinkle pinch of salt on it,then place the lettuce and cheese on it. then fold the side as shown and rap the roles with remaining rice sheet. ..It ready.
Keep it in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
You can serve these summer rolls with tomato ketchup or sweet & sour sauce.
