   Stuffed --Turkish Orange Eggplant
You need:   5-6 Turkish Orange Eggplants, 1and ½ -Onion, 1tb.spoon ginger -garlic pest, 2 tbs spoon butter, ¼ tbs black paper powder,1/2 tbs lemon juice, pinch of Oregano, salt to test and red chilly 1tbs.





Method
1-step-
Cut the eggplant halfway in four or six pieces. Add all the ingredients that is onion, ginger-garlic pest salt chili powder, black paper powder and oregano in   one bowl and add 1 tbs. butter and lemon juice to it mix well and stuff the mixture in the eggplants.
2-step- Add the 1 tbs. butter in frying pan and then add 1/2 tbs onion in to it sauté the onion for 1 minute , now place the eggplants upside down (shown in the picture). Cover with lid. Let it cook for 6-5 minutes. Then turn the eggplant on other side and let it cook for 6-7 minute. (Cook the eggplants on low flam.)
